【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestothefollowinggroupsofmachines:-palletbandingmachines;-stretchfilmpalletwrappingmachines;-stretchfilmhoodapplicationmachines;-mobilestretchfilmwrappingmachines;-semiautomaticselfdrivingstretchfilmwrappingmachines;-shrinkfilmpalletwrappingmachines;-shrinkfilmhoodapplicationmachines;-filmremovingmachines;-shrinkingsystems;-sleevewrappingmachinesforproductgreaterthan400mminonedirection;-productcentralisingmachines.Theindividualmachinesaredescribedin3.2.Thisstandarddealswithsafetyrequirementsformachinedesign,construction,installation,commissioning,operation,adjustment,maintenanceandcleaningofpalletwrappingmachines.Theextentstowhichhazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsarecoveredareindicatedinClause4.ExclusionsThisstandardisnotapplicabletothefollowingmachines:-machinesthatweremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN;-palletstrappingmachinesanddestrappingmachines.ThesemachinesarewithinthescopeofprEN415-8-conveyingsystemsthatconnectpackagingmachineswitheachother,butincludesconveyingsystemsthatarepartofthemachines;Thisstandarddoesnotconsiderthefollowinghazards:-theuseofpalletwrappingmachinesinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;-thehealth,safetyorhygienehazardsassociatedwiththeproductsthatmaybehandledbythemachines,butdoesincludegeneraladviceonthissubject;-hazardsthatmaybeassociatedwithelectromagneticemissionsfrompalletwrappingmachines;-hazardsthatmaybeassociatedwithdecommissioningpalletwrappingmachines.
