【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfortestingtheresistancetocompressionofcomplete,filledtransportpackagesandamethodforcarryingoutastackingtestoncomplete,filledtransportpackagesusingthesameapparatus.Thetestmaybeusedtoassesstheperformanceofapackageintermsofitsstrengthortheprotectionitofferstoitscontentswhenitissubjectedtocompressiveforces.Atestmaybeperformedeitherasasingletesttoinvestigatetheeffects(deformation,collapseorfailure)ofcompressionorstacking,oraspartofasequenceoftestsdesignedtomeasuretheabilityofapackagetowithstandadistributionsystemthatincludesacompressionorstackinghazard.Thistestmayalsobeusedasastackingtesttoinvestigateperformanceunderparticularconditionsofloading,as,forexample,whenthebottompackageinastackrestsonanopen-deckedpallet.
