【摘要】:Theliningtestdescribedin6.2maybeusedtoevaluatethechemicalresistancecharacteristicsofcoatingsystemsforliningsurfacesoftanks,vesselsandsimilarfacilitiesusedinCoatingServiceLevelIandIIapplicationsinanuclearpowerplant.FortheevaluationofliningsinCoatingServiceLevelIIIwaterimmersionapplicationsinnuclearpowerplantsusethetestmethodsandguidancefoundinGuideD7230.Thespecificchemicalresistancetestsdescribedin6.1aredependentupontherelativeseverityoftheserviceconditions.Thespecificchemicalreagentstobeusedshallbespecifiedtoreflecttheintendedserviceconditions.Atthediscretionoftheuser,themethodspresentedmayalsobeusedtoevaluatecoatingsandliningsforapplicationsinothertypesofpowerplantsorotherindustrialservices.1.1ThistestmethodestablishesproceduresfortheevaluationofthechemicalresistanceofcoatingsandliningsforuseinCoatingServiceLevelIandIIapplicationsinnuclearpowerplants.1.2Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedasascreeningtesttoevaluatecoatingsandliningsonsteelandconcretesubstrates.1.3Thistestmethodaddressestwoexposureintervals:(1)ShortTerm(Typically5days):Suchexposuresareprimarilyapplicableforcoatingsexposedtochemicalsplashorspill.(2)LongTerm(Typically180days):Suchexposuresareprimarilyapplicableforliningsexposedtocontinuousornear-continuouschemicalimmersion.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
