【摘要】:ThispartofISO8503describesafieldmethodformeasuringthesurfaceprofileproducedbyanyoftheabrasiveblast-cleaningproceduresgiveninISO8504-2.Themethodusesreplicatapeandasuitablegaugeformeasuring,onsite,theroughnessofasurfacebeforetheapplicationofpaintoranotherprotectivecoating.Themethodisapplicablewithintherangeofprofilescitedforagivengrade(orthickness)ofreplicatape.Thecommercialgradescurrentlyavailablepermitmeasurementofaveragepeak-to-valleyprofilesof20μmto115μm.Themethodisvalidforsurfacesthathavebeencleanedwitheithermetallicornon-metallicabrasives.
